Can't click buttons in toggleable panel

In the little panel that you can toggle between displaying stats, xp, and graphics settings, I can't click the orange buttons that do things like toggle afk, open bags, and change the con system. When I initially log on and these buttons are displayed, I can click them, but as soon as I toggle over to stats and then toggle back, I can no longer do so. Please try to get this fixed when you get a chance. Thanks a lot.
