Maintained Window and Reactive Heals

I would like to be able to just glance at the window to see how many charges are left on the spell instead of draging my mouse over the spell and waiting a second for the window to pop up. Im not sure if its possible to do but i would like some feedback i havent found any ui pieces that fits the bill.
