Live Update 28

Live Update 28 was pushed to the live severs today and with it brings some interesting changes to the game along with some minor changes to the interface xml.

I have posted a compare of the interface xml in the EQII Interface Changes forums.

Tradeskillers can now craft in the fresh air in many city zones.
The hand of the gods can be felt once again with two new Live Events!
