Is there a way to change the size of the text in the Quest Journal and if so how?

I am an older player and betweent th ehorrid color and small text i get a headache trying to read it.

I have the arial pact someone created in stalled and the journal that opnes on the side. Had some issues when I tried to go into the edit function and change the arial font size to at least 14.

Is there hope?
