Missing EQ2 Button & Problem with Hotbars

I recently installed the Prophet UI and while all went well I am having two problems.

1) I am missing my EQ2 button. It is no where to be found on my screen. Is there a way to bring this back up? Does it even exist in this UI?

2) When adding hot bars...I am noticing the macros numbers are being associated with each spell. Is there a way to remove this? Each time I press a number I start to cast a spell. I have tried setting some hotbars as primary, secondary etc... but with 4+ hotbars open there is no way around this. One bar will always be assigned numeric macros to it.
