Please Help Please!!

guys..i have been fighting for a week not sence last wed's update to fix this issue i cant find out what to do ... the issue is when i zone, my char gets booted back to char selection screen i gotta shut down EQ2 , delete my cache,logincache, UI folder, all INI folders...just to hope it works for another zone...i found this message i was told everyone has it in their folder

my system has a AMD3200+ , Nvidia Nforce4 SLI botherboard, Nvidia 5500FX 256ram Video drive, im running thread a router/modemn both nortans/Nvidias Nforce firewall are both disabled.

things i have already tried,
deleting all ini,cache,ui folders
scanned HD for errors
defraged
change the eq2ui_listboxrow_template2.xml file to remove the #2 (this seemed to work for estimated 10 mins til auto save happen)
i have no idea what the problem is... i need help someone please ! i just bought this game the friday before last wed, and its alraedy screwed.. thanks in advance for anyones help (im able to do things on the comp but im not 100% computer geneus please help )
