POI Questions

I have been using EQ2Map for qutie some time now and props to you guys and all those who have helped to make it as awesome as it is today.

I had a small question however...

I noticed alot of quests I attempt to do I find matching POI points, e.g. for 6 different POI's of where a mob spawns and only one is valid. Is there any reasonable and/or easy way for you guys to compare identical POI's and eliminate the older ones to help clear up all the dots congesting maps.

For example the Captains in Commonlands for the Light HQ there are roughly 8 POI's yet only 2 are the valid locations.

If I didnt make sense on that let me know and I'll try and reword it. But just a general question...
