Elite UI Problem; window missing

I recently installed the Elite UI and I love it, when I went to make some changes I hit the "Default window location" button and several windows including the pet window, the quest helper window and the + window. I have tried hitting alt+~ without any result. I made sure the Hud window was unchecked. Anything else pls.
