Rare harvest in the Inv window

As you know in the inv window if you hover over the "?" you will get a list of the rare harvestables....i do not like the look and text of this and I though I found the xml that i needed to edit ( eq2ui_inventory_inventory.xml ) since the list that you see on screen is found in that file 2 times. So i made the changes in the xml file to look the way that I like it to then saved. I the started the game and looked at the "?" and it did not change.

Am i missing something that I need to edit here or do i need to delete some type of "cash" to get the changes that I made to show up?

Any ideas will help.....thanks people
