Skill Window

Since LU19 my skill window is messed up, all the names of the skills and the numbers are missing. It not to big a deal but i like to look there sometimes and check if i need to work on something

I deleted the Thor folder a few times since LU19 to change some settings, is there anything else i could try to get my Skill window working right?
