ERROR- need help

Hi, i got a problem to launch Eq2map, when i click on EQ2MAP_Updater.exe, a error message appears saying:
EQ2MAP_Updater.exe - application error
The application cannot start correctly(0xc0000135)
i traduced the error from spanish to "my" english.... heh
i tried reinstalling it and doesnt works.any idea?
