Missing Peices in LAFFSV8

Running into an issue using LAFFSV8.

I cannot seem to get the infor window to appear (the one with the name of the quest and STR. STA. ect... on the bottom.

I also cannot get my mana bar to appear. both seem missing and I cannot get them to show.

Any help would be greatly appreciated
