Any Fix for "Loading UI Resource" BUG?

Hello fellas, I was wondering if any of you had any automatic tricks for getting around the "Loading UI resource" bug that has reappeared since LU15 if you zone while in a group.

I know there is a way to do it with a zoning mod that lets you type in chat while zoning. But using that method makes you log out then back in real quick. I was wondering if there is something more automatic.. I really dont want to log out and in every time i zone in a group. It will prob be another month or 5 till SoE realizes its a priority so i'm wondering if you guys have any other ideas or fixes.
