Well, after reading this, I deleted,downloaded again, and completely reloaded it and I can find no button in the persona window that does anything. There is nothing but the normal "Change your name" and "Edit" buttons.

Also, with the new install, all I see when I open the guild bank is a black mass. No slots, not buttons, nothing.

Just a big, black square blob.

I don't know what I have done wrong. It was a complete deletion and download-installation. Including each character-specific ui settings file.
