Problem with EQ2 Map Updater

It seems even with my firewall disabled and with fresh instal of both EQ2 and the Map Upadeter 1.06 no matter what I do upon loading the map updater I am always hit with same error message..

I have no idea why this is happening or what I can do to get the maps working..

Any Help much appreciated.. Infact 1pp to anyone who can get my map updater working!!! ( if they on runnyeye anyway )
