Bezerker UI?

i was wondering if anyone could make a class specific UI using the fenix UI, i liked that UI A LOT and wish that it would be updated...if you guys would be so kind as to say yay or nay, or beable to tell me how to fix it, or heck even fix it for me (cause i know nothing of makin UI's) id GREATLY appreciate it.
