Skills and Persona window problems

Hello,

Since the update, I've been having some trouble with the Skills and Persona windows. They don't have their frames around them or the tabs at the top of the windows. These seem to be the only windows that I've found so far that are affected this way. Can anyone tell me which file I need to change/delete from my Custom UI folder to get these to work?

I'm not using a custom Skills window, and the problem with the Persona window persists with either Custom or Default UIs.
