As customizable as EQ1?

I'm definitly not a wiz at customizing UI's. However with EQ1 I could take a UI and change it around a bit to fit what I wanted but right now I"m having a hard time figuring this one out. So....

I'm just wondering once everyone figures out this UI coding and stuff do you guys think we're going to have the ability to make as many unique and
custom UI's as there is in EQ1 and how long do you think it will take to get there? Within a year or less or longer??

I know personally I was a big fan of SARS and I'd love to see something like it for EQ2. Anyway, I already some good stuff coming down the pipeline so keep up the good work.
