Buff Timer Info
The timers on buffs can not be moved as its hardcoded to the location its currently at. Possible that this may change in the future when Dynamic Data tags are added for it.

Round Compass
The compass image can only slide from left to right so a round compass is not possible. It does look like SOE was toying with the idea of having a round compass as the art files for it are in the default folder. (DynamicData that would allow this has been added, but not enabled.)

Network Monitor (Lag-o-meter)
This is something SOE needs to add. Interface modders could not add something like this as it would require adding something to the EQ2 client exe to monitor network traffic.

Roleplay
There is no way to show the PC's info in the target window if they are in roleplay. That is the very reason why there is a /roleplay command.

Show targeted players in group window
This is something that cant be done by modifiying the xml. SoE would have to add this feature to the group window. Feel free to use the /feedback feature in game if this is something you want. (Or make a thread in the Wish List board here.)
