Block Style indicators

I like the Boho block style indicators (as seen in my UI image); the only way to use these of course was to download the complete set. If possible I’m just looking to use the Block Style for my indicators only. In EQlive I had a UI that allowed me to just have the block style indicators by mix and matching various UI configs, is that possible with EQII as well?
