Switchable Con System Target windows

Well here is something I have been toying with. My Target window allows you to switch between the old system and the new via buttons I added to the window itself.

Top box is My Target, the bottom is the Implied Target (So and So's Target).

Left is New System, Right is Old.

Please excuse the blurryness, seems I lost some clarity on the Image upload

--Known issues:
Window still resizes when in NEW system and crops off some info.
