Help with UI and map please

OK, I was told by sony that I had to re down load the launch pad for EQ2 but now, I do not have Profit UI and Map updater either. Please help me figure out what I am doing wrong .

When I down load map updater and it runs its update, it then tells me a file is missing......please help, or I might have to quite the game
