Default help!!

Well, it seems like I was stupid and I deleted some targeting keys in the options menue..unfortunately it does not give you an option to cancel not the game is messed up and not even a new install restored it. How can I get those back in? is there a file I can replace somewhere?

Thanks

Edit:

Well, I am not quite sure it was a targeting key I deleted. Here is what is happening, since I messed it up last night I can not left click on a target like an NPC, a door, a harvesting node and have it execute the function like NPC >open broker window at the broker, harvest the node and so on...yet I have the options menue set up for single click executing..but it does not do it. I am thinking i may have something deletedc by accident within the UI. So I wanted to redo my computer anyways, and so this morning I wiped my HDD, reinstalled the OES, reloaded the game, reloaded the ui and guess what? The problem is still there and its driving me nuts...anyone anybody? any idea?

Thanks

Options > Controls > "Use Double Click or Single Click to Select Object and take Default Action" needs to be set to "Single Click" or "Single Click Except Attack Dblclick"

If that is set as single click, then one click should be doing things like targeting and hailing at the same time (for NPCs). This behavior is (to my knowledge) not controlled by the UI whatsoever. If that setting is correct and you're still not hailing an NPC on a single click then report it to SOE via /bug.

Did that, i got partial function back at least for targeting mobs and nodes by setting the previous target key to the left mouse click but it still will not work for an NPC..Will see what answer the high school dropouts at SOE come up with...in the past they where all but useless

Default solved

This problem is solved thank you all for the help.

It was an UI issue

options>controls>command keys> trigger default actions the second key had to be set to mouse left click.
