Where can I find this?

Where can I find and or download this set of exp bars? Does anyone know. Someone told me I could get them by downloading and installing the full ThorUI. I did that and I got some rather small and tiny exp bars.



Not the ones above. I've also been told by others on the eq2players forum that it is part of the ThorUI set but I have yet to find them or get the to be on my main playing window area. All I seen to keep getting are some small tiny ones that I really dislike. Thanks in advance for any help provided.
