How bout adding a full screen/windowed button as well? That would make checking on other apps easier.

fullscreen / windowed button
don't really need one, all you have to do is hit alt+enter, and it takes it out of fullscreen, or puts it into fullscreen

hello i dont know how rude this is going to sound but is there any way you could release your windows with a border specificly your awsome invitory ui i love your ui pices but the flat top and thin border bothers me for some odd reason on a second note for the clock i saw yout that you were saying you dident know how to align them have you tryed either running a timer to align them at the end if thats possible or mabey makeing the clock part of the compass its self

Trouble with Implied Target Window
Ok I absoultely love your UI, you have done excellent work.
Now I am hoping, begging, pleading anything for help with this problem since I am a complete loss at this point.
Everything was working properly for me LU 12 went in and I was crashing. I came here downloaded the update and I could once again log into the game. Yeah !!!! Well now my implied target window is gone. I researched the problem confident that I could solve it, saw your post stating to use the command to open the window. Thought WONDERFUL an answer to my problem, logged into game copied the command directly from the post to make sure that I didn't make any mistakes. Then I pasted into the game, and once again nothing.
Now I have seen many posts stating how they are testing ungrouped, this is not my problem I am repeatedly grouping people I know and having them test everything I try to correct this problem. So I am confident that isn't my problem.
This is what I have tried....
1. Reinstalled the UI, hoping maybe just bad download or something. ---
Didn't Work.
2. Attempted to use another UI.
Didn't Work.
3. Figured oh well I will go back to teh default UI.
Didn't work.
4. Went into my options verifed that my implied target window was checked. It was, so I unchecked it hit accept went back in and rechecked it and hit accept.
Didn't work.
5. Played around with moving windows and moving mouse aroudn the screen to see if it was hidden somewhere.
Huge pain, but still didnt' work.
6. In a pure act of desperation, I petitioned to see if I could possibly get some idea of what was going on. I think they are still laughing since they haven't even answered that yet.
So guess going to chalk that up to didn't work.
So pretty please oh please if you have any suggestions, hints, tips, or even just ideas I would appreciate the help very very very very very much.
Thank you for any help you might have in this matter. And once again I love your LOVE your UI.

There is a file in your game directory called
<server name>_<character name>_eq2_uisettings.ini
rename it to <server name>_<character name>_eq2_uisettings.ini
.bak
Start up your game, all your UI positions should be reset, check to see if your Implied Target window shows up now. If it does you will have to move/size all your windows again and delete the .bak file. if not quit out restore the ini file and try something else.
I had a problem with my experience window not showing up after LU11, deleting the UIsettings file did the trick for me.

also your window might be set to fully transparent, so doing the uisettings fix will fix that too.....

SWG is Alt+ESC and it didn't work in EQ.
alt+enter... danka much.
been tweaking OCD's UI and I must say I love it.

I have used teh Large Target with a smaller implied (I dont use the implied much excpet to quickly see whats what when I do an Assist) But my small implied window is all messed up liek the graphics are 'off' Is this because of a graphic file or some other issue?
If its isnt intended I woud like ot put in a request to use a large target with a smaller implied if you have the time to set upa system as such.

I made updates to the image files and the way the xml uses them a couple of weeks ago. Your best bet is to redownload both sizes and mix and match to your liking. The new large size and the small sized target windows use the exact same image file.

Hello all.
I was hoping someone could help me out with some OCD issues:
- "EQ2" and "Compass" bars
When loading everquest, you see the "default" window placements, of what seems to be the default OCD UI? All seems fine. But then when it reads my <server>_<name>_eq2_uisettings.ini file, and moves windows to relevant places, the Day/Night graphic on the compass bar, and the ammo/ranged graphic on the EQ2 bar get left behind. Is there any way to fix this?
Also, in regard to the ammo/ranged and EQ2 bars, if you turn them off, so they are not displayed, the ammo/ranged graphic and the day/night graphic still remain, and not only that, they can be clicked on.... A fix for that would be lovely.
I apologise if fixes for these issues have already been adressed. I had a look around and couldnt find anything. At the very least, is there a way to change the original default load positions (even the default OCD UI?) of the windows for the compass and EQ2 bar? That way I can move the default load spots to match my custom positions, so the two mentioned graphics wont get "left behind" like they currently always do.

Original Target & Implied Target xml files
Any chance someone still have the original ones released with OCD? I'd like to use those if someone could post the files i'd greatly appreciate it.
If there is already a spot to get them a pointer to that would work too

luv yer player window. crisp and clear with information that's easily reconizable at a glance. if ye could only superimpose the text over the bars i'd luv it even more... well, if that is possible.

Slight weirdness with the Start Button mod...
Heyas...
While I don't use the full OCD experience, I do use a lot of your mods; they are amazing 8).
I just redid my UI and tried out your Start Button for Melee mod. It's great, and I love the ammo slot, but I have a weird glitch with it.
When everything first loads up, the actual inventory icon for the ammo slot is way off to the left of where I have the Start Button set up. The background area for it is still attached to the rest of the start button, and if I mouse over and out of the ammo area, the icon will show up in it's proper position.
It's minor, but I thought I'd check and see if there was something simple I forgot to do.

A finishign touch
Hey jaxel i use complete ocd, minus a few parts to make windows smaller, and i love everypart of your interface. Thats aid there is one thing that i wish it had that would make the world of difference, and that would be an inventory like Fetish that can be minimized and cut in half to just show bags and weapons. This mod would be great for all the scouts in game who need to change weapons in a hurry, like on raids and such.
Plz help a brother out so i dont have to mess with fetish id rather stay all ocd.

*MAJOR UPDATE as of August, 07, 2005: 6:00 PM EST*
This patch has several small fixes, and a major update to the map interface.
EQ2Map Project: For the first time ever, OCD-Advanced is compatible with the EQ2Map Project! As with any other fullset mod that edits the map window, there are a few steps you must take to get it working. However, I have done my best to make sure that this is as easy as possible if you use the Map Auto-Updater program. Its simple, whenever you run the auto-updater, you must go to the OCD directory, find the file called OCD MAP BACKUP.ZIP and right-click select "extract here". Simple. done. If you do not do this, then the map will not show up correctly the next time you run EQ2.
Player Window: The new player window I made last week is now in the fullset. The fullset features the LARGE size, but a smaller version is available.
Inventory Window: The new inventory window is also in.
Start Button: Added 3 new files in the /video directory, you can edit the last piece labeled "value" in each of these 3 files to change the default sound volumes of Master, Music and Combat. They can be set from 0 to 20, 20 being 100% valume, 0 being muted.

Perfect except the minimized version is huge .. take up an enormous amount of space any chance on a smaller version like your health bar..I love it tho .. best interface most simple easy to use...

hi there, i tried my hand on modifying yer player window. i hope ye don't mind. i intend it to be jes fer my personal use only. it seems like it's a lot more complicated than i expected  i tried moving the bar into the text box but i can't see the bars anymore once i get in game. tried playing with the background opacity too but still... twas unsuccessful. and since i moved the concentration elements as well and made the whole window lower i cant see the conc bubbles anymore. since i am using yer target windows as well, i tried to look at it and see how'd ye superimpose the text over the bars but i can't see anything in the UI builder. i am totally lost now. woe is me. hope ye can help or advise. thanks.

I feel like I must have missed this somewhere but I would like to configure the custom video sets. I have things the way I like it and I don't want to lose my current settings. I would like to be able to switch them though. I did spend some time looking but I don't see that anywhere.

New window tabs
Just wondering if you were gonna add those new tabs on the profile window to OCD, forget what they are called, have to do with city faction and stuff (only in test right now, gonna be live soon i suspect). Love OCD btw, much better than the default UI imo.
Also, could you make a button to lock all windows where they are?, i hate when it lags and my mouse drags the hotbuttons instead of using an ability. I dot even know if you can lock windows down but that would be nice to have.

Missing Popup?
I am running your latest "full" OCD UI, and am having one problem:
When I harvest something or craft something, the pop-up window
saying what you have harvested or crafted does not appear.
I get a msg in the chat window, but am not getting any pop-up on harvest, craft, or craft-level.
I have tried deleting the uisettings ini file, and that did not help.
FYI: I also have a "jaxel" UI, containing just selected pieces of your UI (the separately downloadable items), and in that UI, the pop-up DOES appear.
