I tradeskill alot and often buy out the market of some things. I have a just push enter search market window and was wondering if i could have a just pus (whatever button i can assign besides enter) buy button. I know there may not be many choices for buttons to be assigned to keys. Id even use escape if it worked.

You could try adding IsCancelButton="true" to the Buy button.
