Chat window settings not being saved

I'm using Nedra's UI. I've tried to move the chat windows, set chat filters to have certain things go to certain windows, change font size, etc. However, if I camp, the changes get lost, and when I log back in, the positions are where they were before I last moved them, the filters are set back to the way they were, even the extra chat window I opened is no longer there.

Oddly enough, most of the interface pieces, integrated group window, compass, and one of the chat windows, I can move/change filters and they stay. But two of my chat windows revert every time I camp, and a third chat window that I open using "open new chat window" that disappears when I relog.

Is there a setting somewhere I need to change to make these changes persistent?
