If you click on the Download section, on the right hand side of the screen there are links to UI's by "type." There is one specially for XP Bars:

I didn't look through them cause well there are lots of them, but I know there are quite a few that will let you see everything at once, and some that will show you only what you want to see by resizing the window, etc...

The Milquetowst XP Display doesn't show *bars*, per se, but does show all experience data in a single, "always on" display.
