Hotbar Request

No background, no spinner, no border, no overlap and no lables. Just a clear frame at normal size. (1280X1024)

I'm pretter sure DeathBane27 has a MookBar just like that. Except maybe the spinner shows up OnHover, but besides that. And the labels and stuff only show if you have frame enabled (which isnt visible anyway).
