readme.doc missing from distribution

Sorry to bother with this,in the FAQ there is a reference to a doc:

Does this still exist or am I blind? AFAIR this has been a .doc or .rtf

What type of customization are you looking for? Those should all be in this thread:

Geez, how embarassing... That's what I was had in mind.

Actually I am looking for some smaller group window (not the metered style, but only a flat line for health/pwr).
