Heritage & Lore & Legend tabs gone

I am not sure if I goofed something up but I no longer have the tabs within my quest journal that listed the Heritage Quests, Lore & Legend Quests, the City Writ Quests, etc.

I was having some trouble after the last update so I deleted all of Thor folders and then reinstalled Thor using the Live Update installation. I am not sure if the tabs were missing before this or after. I haven't used any of the tabs in several weeks so I just don't know when they went missing.

Are those tabs part of Thor or were they part of the default UI? If they are part of Thor what do I do to get them back? When I deleted the Thor UI and re-installed I did it twice on one of my systems.

BTW, I really love this UI.

They moved to the InfoCenter (A seperate window all together)
If you use my start button mod you can access if via a button on it.

via InfoCenter needs updates, just haven't had time lately.
I should get to it soon though.
