Remove Toggle Ignore Function from Chat

This is a request that would make my life a lot easier

I am a habitual offender when it comes to accidentally putting people on ignore when sending tells.

I would LOVE to see a chat mod that removes this feature. I think that going to Community and putting someone on ignore is a better idea, at least for me... that way it's controllable.
