Effects window

Has the Dynamic calling issue for the effects window been resolved with either of the last two patches? I've noticed that they did some adjustment to how the numbers are displayed when hovering over them.

Mainly just wanted to see if we'll be getting any companion mods to the already great maintained with duration mods we have now.
