Blue Bars on screen

Does anyone else have 2 bars going across there screen.mine are blue.after the last patch.useing laffs alt perdition bottom tyejae

I heard you're supposed to delete the letterboxframe xml file from your custom UI folder.

Tested this and yep it works. Just tested now, and FYI I don't even use the UI you do, and the hint I got from someone else's UI page altogether.
