Making text visibility dynamic

Been looking around and can't seem to find a definitive answer as to whether you can do this or not.

Specifically, I'd like to make the Exp Debt text disappear when you have 0% debt.

Can anybody point me in the right direction?

Not possible at the moment. In order for it to work SOE'd have to change how the debt dynamic data works slightly. I believe the wishlist item has been posted, but I'm not 100% sure on that one.
