Offer a second charm for all archtypes.
Offer two different flying mounts and a ground mount as purchasable options.
Offer Skyshrine Beta Buff Baubles as purchasable.
Offer Prestige Token of Scale (just unlocks level 91 and 92) as purchasable.


POPULATION / ZONE PROGRESSION
Withered Lands
Creatures within the Withered Lands should be a bit more formidable.

Covenant District
Commander Mirrakar should now appear in the Covenant District of Skyshrine when appropriate.


QUESTS
Withered Lands
Alleng should be responding properly in Common now.
Totemic Reinforcement: The fourth totem was under the ground. It is 100% more above ground now.
A Stone's Throw should update properly now.
Not Quite There should update properly now.
Corrupted sifaye stonehorders should once again update the quest "A Stone's Throw"
The quest ?In Search of Satyr? should now update properly for killing stele corruptors within the Sanctuary of Mourning
The quest "A Helping Hand" should no longer become gated if you help the scouts in a specific order

Skyshrine: The Underdepths
Quests should now have RoIs.

Skyshrine: The City of Dracur
Quests should now have RoIs.
