Displaying a window in game.

I was looking through my UI folder and I found a window named:
eq2ui_tradeskills_transmuting.xml

This window appears to be a drag and drop way to transmute an item,

I have tried multiple times to open this window in game including

/show_window eq2ui.tradeskills.transmuting
/show_window tradeskills.transmuting

And various other commands.

Nothing is working, any suggestions?

It would be /show_window Tradeskills.Transmuting

However, I don't think that window was ever used. Even if you can get it to show (they may have some way of preventing it from showing, if it was never actually used), it may not work seeing as Transmuting uses the skill method rather than a window.
