Persona Bar??

Just wondering if there is a mod for a persona bar, like profit and fetish has.. i love the profit ui, but with my new huge monitor, its hard to look at some stuff, like my heath bar without moving my head all over the place lol, i'm lazy.. so i need a health bar near my hotbars so i need to move it, hence, looking for another standalone persona bar.. I looked all over and cant find one.. if someone can help me out, that will be great. thanks
