Horizontal Scroll Bar

I've been having a rought time trying to find how to place a horizontal scroll bar in there.

My goal: to have a long horizontal tab bar that can be scrolled through horizontally.

I'm attempting to acheive something similar to the options window where you push a button to see a different thing in another window...only with a MUCH longer list.

I'm having *some* luck... it's screwy and we'll have some graphics work to do but I've got a working horizontal scrollbar in my Recipe book right now.

-Open the ScrollStyles namespace (eq2ui_scrollbarstyles.xml)
-Duplicate default_vscroll and rename to default_hscroll
-Change Layout from "Vertical" to "Horizontal"
-Take an existing page that's already got a scrollbar for it, stick something in that page but off to the right so it's not displayed, change the existing scrollbar from Style="/ScrollStyles.default_vscroll" to Style="/ScrollStyles.default_hscroll", resize and reposition as appropriate.
-Fire it up.

That's where I'm at right now. Not sure what went wrong the first time I tried it, but horizontal scrollbars *are* possible.

BAH HUMBUG!
I copied the recipe window WITH the WORKING horizontal scroll bar to eq2ui_mouseovericons.xml, and the horizontal scrollbar DIDN'T WORK!

The scrollbar also stops working, horizontal or vertical, if you so much as rename the page. UserScrollable="true", making sure I changed the Control on the scrollbar, nothing.

Can/has anybody gotten a working scrollbar on a Page that didn't already have one?
