Window name for Slayer Window?

You know the one you click on to find out how many kills you got in EFP or NQ?

Did a little snooping around in my INI file, I think its using the Instruction Window to display the status.

The Instruction window appears to be the same type of Window layout as the Slayer Status but I have yet to get the Slayer Status to display in the Instruction Window without clicking on the Sign in NQ.

Suppose this is the same window we use when we read books? I was hoping to get slayer status anywhere.
