Recipe Book: Tooltips for recipe books missing

Hello,
when opening the recipe book, switching to the filter list where you can set level restrictions, show only recipes from certain recipe books etc. there used to be a tooltip for the recipe book as the window is to small to view the complete book title. Here's a screenshot:

This tooltip is missing. Are there chances, that we can get it again?

Ummmm.....are your tooltips turned off in the game options?

The tradeskill window has not changed in any significant way in over a year. I don't recall there being tooltips for the book list, but in any case if there were its managed by SOE and your game option settings not my UI.

I don't recall tooltips on the book list either. I recall them on the regular recipe list (not the filter) but I don't remember any on the filter.

I have noticed that SOMETIMES my tooltips are missing on the recipies.

Ie., I hover over a recipie and all i get is the 'examine/construct' pop-up window. Then, I close and reopen the recipie book, or I select 'examine' and close the examine window, or I set the recipie book filter, or I clear the recipie book filter, and the tooltips are back for the recipies when I hover over them.

I have not noted a particular pattern, the tooltips just 'start showing' up.
