Problem with Sage's UI

I have downloaded it, I unzipped it to the sony directory as it says to do in the readme file, however it ends up creating its own sony/everquest 2/ UI/ sageui files. So I end up having 2 sony files 2 everquest 2 files, 1 sage 23 {or whatever it is} 2 UI files and one sageui file. What am I doing wrong? why is it creating the extra directories? I have created a custom UI folder for eq2maps and that works fine. I tried unzipping to the custom UI folder but had the same results. Anyway currently this ui doesnt work for me, so without some serious help, I doubt it ever will. FYI if it helps my eq2 is on D: not C:

Download the new version. I stacked the files incorrectly and reloaded it recently. Here's the link: SageUI
Also it sounds like you need to extract it to your D drive. You want to extract it to wherever your Sony folder is but not IN the Sony folder. For instance if your Sony folder is located on your D drive inside a folder called games then you would extract the SageUI folder into the games folder (D:/games/). Download the new version though as the journal window was updated as well yesterday.

Ok I've got it installed and everything seems to woek except...when I go to the market window it tells me i am using an incompatible ui. and wont open.
