Dragonwulf Extreme Guild Window

I just recently came back to EQ2 with a fresh install and have been able to piece together a UI to my liking. The only problem I am experiencing is when adding the Extreme Guild Window piece. Once I place it in my custom UI folder EQ2 will load with the default UI. If I take the piece out it will load with my custom UI. Can anyone tell me why this is or how to fix it?
