Default kelethin poi height

when in kelethin, when your altitude drops below 85, the poi's vanish.
this is quite annoying in the west and south platforms.

the threshold needs to be set down to 70

Pretty sure those are SOE's numbers, since those are their maps.

In any case, there might be places in the zone that are that high, that would switch maps when it shouldn't.

its not only in in the fay city i have noticed poi disa paear below a certian height on other place like shimmering citadel and poets place and others it seem to be wide spread in any area that has areas of multiple heioght and you drop below a certian height and no more poi's. i have been wondering is this something soe needs to correct or something in eq2 maps
