Any Widescreen UI's??

I play my EQ2 on a 17" widescreen laptop and all the UI's are great but since i have a widescreen everything is always at the top and bottom making my horizontal view even smaller. I'm not to knowledgable about making UI's so my wish is that someone would make a UI or modify one of the great ones so that minimal importat stuff is on the top and bottom and mosty of the bars and what not go on the sides. This is of course if none have been made already and if they have can someone point me in the right direction. thank you much for your time.

I, too, play on a 17" Widescreen laptop at work and also a 27" Widescreen LCD at home. It's really hard finding interfaces that work well with 1280x768 resolution. Right now I'm using ProfitUI II, but I'm not too happy with the layout and am looking for something that's more specificaly designed for 1280x768.


Edit: 27" is at home, not work... I wish.

You can setup any UI mods / addons to work in any resolution, once you move your game windows around. I myself play in 1920x1200 resolution on a 24" WideScreen and have uploaded my UI Layout for that resolution which matches my UI Compilation, which can all be found here on this site.

Most of the complete reskins are window based (like the original UI) and completely configurable to any resolution. Some may include settings files for common resolutions but you're free to rearange as needed.

Individual window mods are resolution independant.

Avoid skins that use a preconfigured "heads up display" arangement unless your resolution is a listed option.
