Submit POI bug

I'm trying to submit the following POI

Select the zone your POI is in : The Wailing Caves (East)
In game location (/loc) : -46.50, -30.28, -101.21
Short name : a crate
Description : Examine to search for Ring Face for the Abhorrent Ring quest.
Icon Type : QST

But I keep getting :

The following error(s) occured:

* The loc '-46.50, -30.28, -101.21' does not appear to fit into
this or any related zone.

The location is well within the zone, allbeit close to the wall, but nonetheless within, and I'm not having it confused with the west version of W.C. either. I checked with the closest POI present on the map (UID: 886) and it's on the East version.
