Non EQ2 specific mod community?

Is there a forum on the net for a community that is focused on game modifications, but is not EQ2 specific that any of you guys are a part of?

Also are any of you guys professional programmers, and if so what language do you work with most? I've decided to make a career change and go back to school to become a programmer and I'm just looking for some personal feedback of how you like it, and how you like the industry etc..
If you do contract work, or are a full time employee etc...

If your looking to get into the web, learning php/mysql/asp/sql/java (for ajax)/html is what you'll want to do.

if you do any visual basic or .net programming http://www.vbforums.com is a good forum place for vb and .net programming.
