[Added] [Map] Temple of Veeshan: Echoing Silence

This raid zone reuses an older map. We didn't have the zonerect for it originally (built-in map).

We have the zonerect for all HC maps if you need:

Needed to calculate the POI icon location.

Must have missed that in the map styles. I used /map2_show_zone_rect while inside the old heroic to get the zonerect.

You a right, its not in the mapstyle file, so you could not find it, but i have it in DB.
I use /map2_show_zone_rect to to get it.
Have to use it on every new HC map.
