Question Another 403 forbidden problem

Hi,

I'm getting a 403 forbidden when trying to use the auto updater. Weird thing is that when I go to the same URL (used packet sniffer) with a browser it works, but when I try to use plain telnet to retrieve it, I also get 403 forbidden.

But this forbidden comes from my ISPs proxy (stupid censorship in Thailand) which tells me the site is blocked because it is obscene or illegal (but it doesn't block firefox or IE accessing the same site)

I've downloaded the manual version now, but is sort of curious what the updater does differently from a browser?

The updater should use HTTP , same as IE.
