The .NET framework is unrelated to that EQ2 error message (at least I dearly hope that EQ2 is not programmed using .NET
).
Not sure what your problem is, but try lowering your graphics quality in EQ2. Many people seem to have problems with the after RoK (out of memory errors, etc.).
